Progress Report

Day to day, progress with dyslexia can be hard to feel. A short summary pulls your tracking together so you can see how far your child has come over a week or a month, and share it without extra work.

Coming soon

A simple way to turn the tracking you already do into a clear weekly or monthly summary, so progress is easy to see and easy to share with a teacher.

We are building this tool. The moment it is ready it will appear right here: free, private, and running in your browser with no signup.

What the Progress Report will do

With dyslexia, progress is real but slow, and it is easy to lose sight of it in the day to day. A child who read three words with effort last month may read a sentence with ease this month, yet at home it can still feel like nothing is changing.

The Progress Report will gather what you already track, like reading sessions and the words moving from tricky to mastered, and turn it into a simple weekly or monthly summary. You will be able to print or export it for a teacher or specialist, or keep it as a quiet record of how far your child has come. Everything stays on your own device, from kindlexy.com.

How it will work

  1. 1

    It reads your other tools

It will gather what you have already logged in the Reading Chart and Tricky Words, so there is nothing extra to fill in.

  2. 2

    Pick a period

Choose a week or a month, and see reading sessions, streaks, and mastered words gathered in one place.

  3. 3

    See the trend

A simple view shows whether sessions are steady and which tricky words have moved to mastered.

  4. 4

    Print or share

Export a clean summary for a teacher or specialist, or keep it as a record of how far your child has come.

Frequently asked questions

+

Will it be free?

Yes. Free, no signup, no account, and no usage limits, just like our other tools. It will run entirely in your browser.
+

Where will my data be stored?

On your own device, in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server. You will be able to print or export a summary whenever you want to share it.
+

Where does the data come from?

From the tracking you already do in our other tools, like the Reading Chart and Tricky Words. It summarizes that for you, so you do not enter anything twice.
+

Can I use it without the other tools?

Yes. You will be able to enter a few notes by hand for a period, even if you have not used the other tools. They just make it quicker.
+

Is this an official report?

No. It is a friendly summary for your own use and to share with a teacher or specialist. It is not a formal assessment and it does not diagnose.
+

When will it be ready?

It is in active development. The tool will appear on this page the moment it ships, free and private.
